During these challenging times, Thermotex continues to serve you with a very dedicated team. Strict guidelines are in place to ensure we all work in the safest way possible to protect ourselves and you, our customer.
For our mutual protection we are practicing social distancing within our workspaces.
We are available to take orders and inquires by telephone during regular business hours (Monday to Friday). Orders can be placed on our website, 24 hours a day. Please note, the couriers do not guarantee same service delivery at this time. We ask for your patience if your product does not arrive when expected, they too are doing the best they can.
Any return or repair received will go into quarantine for 5 days before it is handled by our employees. You will be contacted with an update once the 5 day quarantine period expires.
